The One Ella ReviewMy recent stay at the One Ella for three nights was a blend of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful hospitality. The detached unit was well-appointed and meticulously clean, with a large bed and modern bathroom stocked with essentials, including free toiletries and a mini-fridge for added convenience. One standout feature was the private outdoor terrace, complete with a dining table, hammock, and stunning views of Ella's lush greenery, providing a perfect place to unwind after hiking at nearby Little Adams Peak. The breakfasts on the patio were noteworthy, offering a delectable array of local specialties that fueled our adventures. Dom, the owner, exemplified excellent service, addressing all our needs, from organizing laundry to providing local insights. His attention to detail made the experience feel bespoke, reminiscent of boutique accommodations. While there are many luxury options in Ella, the One Ella provides an excellent value proposition for travelers seeking an authentic stay without compromising on comfort.
